Lynn, determined to create a safer environment for herself and her family, reached out to Ogburn Construction regarding her driveway. Her recent ankle injury had raised concerns about the safety of the area, and she also had her children's future in mind if they ever decided to sell the house.
Ogburn Construction, understanding the importance of safety and long-term durability, introduced a comprehensive 3-Part Concrete Protection System to address Lynn's needs effectively.
The transformation began with the installation of PolyLevel, a reliable solution that expertly stabilized the driveway. This crucial step eliminated safety concerns, ensuring a secure and level surface for Lynn and her family.
Recognizing the importance of safeguarding the driveway against potential water infiltration, we took a proactive approach. We removed the old wooden joints and replaced them with NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that not only enhanced protection but also improved the overall appearance.
To further secure the concrete, we applied CS-250 Topical Sealant. This advanced solution offered additional protection, ensuring the driveway's resilience against wear and tear.
The result was a driveway that not only looked better but was also safe and well-protected. Lynn's concerns about safety for her family, especially her children, were addressed, and she could now walk with confidence. Moreover, the steps taken to protect the driveway would ensure peace of mind for years to come.
Williamsburg -- Cayte H. had trees removed that were causing her concrete to heave and be uneven. She wanted to repair this issue without having to replace the concrete on her driveway. She was also noticing that the wooden joints were rotting and coming apart and wanted to replace them.
Cayte went with our services to repair her concrete with our three-part Concrete Protection Services to give her a 10-year warranty on the life of her concrete. First, we inject PolyLevel foam to lift and level the uneven slabs. Second, we tour out those old wooden joints and replaced them with NexusPro a 100% silicone based joint filler. Lastly, SealantPro was sprayed over the concrete to seal and protect the concrete from future oil, water, and salt damage.
Cayte was very happy with the end result and glad to not have to replace her concrete.
Williamsburg -- Karen was unhappy with how the walkway for her bed and breakfast. The joints in between the concrete slabs of her walkway were old and she wanted a good solution for fixing those old joints.
