I am the General Manager and Vice President at Ogburn Construction. Our concrete repair company focuses on diagnosing and fixing damaged concrete. My focus is on ensuring our team meets our customers' needs compassionately and professionally. I love learning and often read about new industry techniques, psychology, philosophy, and business. I believe people are good, and they are doing the best they can with the tools they have. Leading our company is about trying to understand what is needed to do our best work and imparting the tools (mental and physical) so we can accomplish more.
