After experiencing an issue with our front porch concrete and big safety concerns, we submitted a consultation form and we were contacted quickly to set-up our consultation. Marcus was great, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. From the consultation to post-project, our questions were always answered and the company walked us through every step: their products, the purpose, what to expect, and aftercare instructions. Our project was scheduled and completed within 2 weeks; Danielle kept in touch throughout the process and I’m appreciative of the communication. The project team, Todd and the other gentlemen (I’m sorry I forgot your name), were professional, friendly, and walked us through the before and after. Our front porch looks much better aesthetically but most importantly, the safety issue was immediately resolved with their work! The matching of the caulk to our concrete was phenomenal, you can’t even tell. We are very happy and pleased with the services we received from Ogburn Construction and will use them again!
